NpFlamma® HGC ICG is a near-infrared fluorescent contrast agent that can be used for in vivo and can be utilized in angiography and tumor imaging of passive targeting by tail vein injection. NpFlamma® HGC ICG is a colloid-size nanoparticle based on the combination of chitosan and Flamma® NIR ICG which is a near-infrared fluorescent dye, and hydrophobic interior of NpFlamma® HGC can embed hydrophobic drugs. In conjunction with the effect of passive targeting, it can be utilized in efficient transport of drugs for tumor. Furthermore, carboxyl group on surface of NpFlamma® HGC ICG is developed to label proteome such as peptide and antibody or organic molecule such as amine. Due to advanced fluorescence technology of Flamma® NIR ICG, NpFlamma® that results more effective research imaging has almost no toxicity and pharmacological adverse drug reactions. Application Type: In vivo. Fluorescent agent type: Vascular, Passive targeted. Particle size: 250 nm. Fluorophore Label: ICG. Excitation ? Emission (nm): 785 / 821 nm.
