NpFlamma® HGC 774 is a near-infrared fluorescent contrast agent that can be used for in vivo and can be utilized in angiography and tumor imaging of passive targeting by tail vein injection. NpFlamma® HGC 774 is a colloid-size nanoparticle based on the combination of chitosan and Flamma® NIR 774 which is a near-infrared fluorescent dye, and hydrophobic interior of NpFlamma® can embed hydrophobic drugs. In conjunction with the effect of passive targeting, it can be utilized in efficient transport of drugs for tumor. Furthermore, carboxyl group on surface of NpFlamma® HGC 774 is developed to label proteome such as peptide and antibody or organic molecule such as amine. Due to advanced fluorescence technology of Flamma® NIR 774, NpFlamma® that results more effective research imaging has almost no toxicity and pharmacological adverse drug reactions.
