Endoplasmic reticulum is a cell organelle found in all eukaryotic cells, and it functions by producing protein and delivering it to other places in the cell. Protein disulfide isomerase forms disulfide bonds in newly synthesized protein, reduces, or isomerizes and induces the correct folding of the protein. It's a protein existing in the lumen of the endoplasmic reticulum. Thus, PDI Monoclonal Antibody is suitable to visualize endoplasmic reticulum and to mark. After marking endoplasmic reticulum by using PDI Monoclonal Antibody, we can choose the second antibody marked the fluorescence of the various wavelength and image the fluorescence of wavelength we want. You can use Goat anti-Mouse IgG combined Flamma® series which is various kinds of fluorescent pigments with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) along with PDI Monoclonal Antibody for Endoplasmic reticulum-specific marker among cell organelle.
