NpFlamma® ROS 380 is a compound that generates fluorescence by reacting to Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS), and it is a water-dispersed fluorescent probe available for detecting various diseases associated with inflammation in real time. This product is a fluorescent probe that measures oxidative stress, and it enables Ex max. 380, Em max. 450nm observations when active oxygen species are generated. In reduced state it is hardly fluorescent, but shows bright fluorescent when oxidized by reactive oxygen species. As advantage of NpFlamma® ROS 380 is that there is no interference of excitation light and background fluorescence because it does not require an excitation light irradiation, and it can obtain high signals and is advantageous for detection in despite of its low luminescence efficiency compared to fluorescence detection method. Excitation / Emission (nm): 380 / 450 nm.
