Description
Alkaloid antispasmodic drug that most usually treats visceral spasm or vasospasm. It has also been used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Smooth muscle relaxant and vasodilator. Phosphodiesterase PDE10A inhibitor. Show to have antiviral and antipsychotic activity.
