Activation of NLRP3/NALP3 with uric acid solution (MSU) (Prod. No. AG-CR1-3951).
Method: THP1 cells or THP1 expressing a shRNA directed to human NLRP3/NALP3 sequence were incubated with MSU (300µg /ml) for 6 hours. IL-1β secreted was measured with a IL-1β (human) ELISA kit.
