Description
A cGAS inhibitor (IC50 = 0.11 µM); inhibits dsDNA-induced IFN-β1-dependent gene expression in a reporter assay; reduces basal Ifnb1 mRNA expression in BMDMs generated from the Trex1-/- mouse model of Aicardi-Goutires syndrome.
