The product datasheets contain the most updated information on the product at that time. Whenever we find or receive additional information, the product datasheets are updated live on the website immediately.
How can I place an order?
We accept orders by telephone, fax, email, online.
Do you have a distributor in my country?

What information do you require for my order?
To process your order we require the following information:
• Product code(s) of the item(s) you order or inquire
• Number of kits, vials or packages
• Shipping address and billing address
• Purchase Order Number (PO Number) or credit card
• Your telephone number (in case of further questions)
• Your email address and/or fax number (to automatically confirm the details of your oder and to inform about the planned delivery date)
What are your shipping, handling & packaging charges?

How can I pay?
Payment details are indicated on the invoice that you will receive after your order is dispatched. The invoice will be sent to the billing address you specify and this can be different to the delivery address for the products. We accept credit card, check, bank and wire transfer as methods of payment, for further details please contact us at: info@adipogen.com.
Can I have a pro-forma invoice?
We can provide pro-forma invoices - please email us at orders@adipogen.com specifying the information that you require. Please note that „standard“ price and shipping, handling & packaging information can be obtained from our website. Please contact us for a specific quote.
Do you charge VAT?
Our prices are excluding VAT. VAT will be charged if applicable.
How will I know if my order has been received by AdipoGen?
We confirm receipt of all orders by email or by fax, if received online. We notify you again when your order is dispatched and provide package tracking details (when appropriate) so that you can monitor the progress of your order. If your purchasing department is placing your order for you then please ask them to indicate your name and email address, to ensure that the order confirmation and all communication relating to your order is sent directly to you. If you orderd with one of our offical local distributors, please coordinate directly with them.
