Description
A selective inhibitor of PKC-induced NF-κB pathway activation (IC50 = 0.07 µM); inhibits IL-8 production in HEK293 cells (IC50 < 0.1 µM), attenuates production of IL-2 by Jurkat T cells (IC50 < 5 µM), and prevents proliferation of mouse B-lymphocytes (IC50 = 2 µM).
