Description
A STING inhibitor; forms an adduct with mouse STING in serum and acts in an irreversible manner; inhibits the type I IFN response in vitro; reduces phosphorylation of TBK1 and palmitoylation of hsSTING; reduces CMA-induced increases in mouse serum levels of IFN-β and IL-6.
