Description
A STING inhibitor; binds to STING, inhibits its palmitoylation, and prevents the recruitment and phosphorylation of TBK1; selectively reduces human and mouse STING-, but not RIG-I or TBK1-, mediated IFN-β reporter activity in HEK293 cells at 0.02-2 µM.
