Description
A cGAS inhibitor (IC50 = 0.45 µM); reduces DNA-, but not Sendai virus-, induced IRF3 dimerization in THP-1 cells, indicating cGAS pathway selectivity; selective for cGAS over TLRs at 50 µM; decreases IFN-stimulatory DNA-induced IFN-β production in THP-1 cells at 10, 30, and 100 µM.
