Description
A cGAS inhibitor (IC50 = 0.24 µM); reduces DNA-induced dimerization of IRF3 in THP-1 cells; decreases IFN-stimulatory DNA-induced production of IFN-β in THP-1 cells at 10, 30, and 100 µM.
