Description
A STING agonist; binds to STING (apparent Kd = 1.6 nM); selective for STING over ORM1 (apparent Kd = 79 nM); increases phosphorylation of IRF3 and STING and induces IFN-β secretion from PBMCs (EC50 = 3.1 µM).
