Description
DAR-1 is a cell-permeable fluorescent probe, which reacts specifically with intracellular NO, generating an intense fluorescence. Sensitive NO probe, LOD of 10 nM, shows higher photostability than the classical fluorescein derivative DAF. Spectral data: λex 566nm; λem 586nm in 0.1 M phosphate pH 7.4.
