Description
Non-fluorescent lipase substrate conjugated with 4-methylumbelliferone. After lipolytic hydrolysed the highly fluorescent 4-methylumbelliferone is released and emitts strongly at 485 nm (blue fluorescence) (ex = 366 nm).
