Polydatin is a natural stilbene with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, neuroprotective, cardioprotective, anti-osteoporotic and antilipidemic properties. It has been shown to inhibit NF-κ signaling pathway and the NLRP3 inflammasome activation. It is an apoptosis and autophagy inducer, cell cycle inhibitor, activator of SIRT1 and also inhibits adipogenesis.
