Description
PBS Endotoxin-free (sterile) is a balanced salt solution used for a wide range of applications (cell culture, washing cells, transporting cells or tissue, diluting cells for counting, and preparing other laboratory reagents). This PBS product is without calcium and magnesium for the purpose of rinsing cells before treating them with proteases for dissociation. This endotoxin-free buffer can also used for the dilution of TLRpure LPS and solubilization of endotoxin-free reagents (e.g. ODNs).
