Description
  • Cell culture supplement that can sustain self-renewal and pluripotency of mouse embryonic stem cells (ESCs) in vitro. At 10μM it stimulates proliferation in serum-free media at a steady rate for more than 30 days. 
  • Reversibly maintains the long-term culture of ESCs by sustaining Nanog gene expression through Sox2-Oct3/4 activation and enhances Wnt-mediated hESC survival and proliferation via inhibition of DYRKs (DYRK2 and DYRK4).
