Description
A fluorogenic standard useful for quantitating assays monitoring 7-amino-4-trifluoromethylcoumarin (AFC) release such as those utilizing ubiquitin-AFC. The concentration of the AFC released can be calculated from a standard curve prepared with AFC standards.
