Description
Human CD39 is found on most mature B cells, activated NK cells and activated T cells, as well as neutrophills and monocytes. CD39 has homology to the N-myc family of proteins and has been cloned. CD39 is an ecto apyrase. A lower expression level of CD39 on T and NK cells have been observed in hypertensive individuals.
