Description
Human CD64 is a high affinity receptor for monomeric human IgG1 and IgG3 which is expressed on macrophages, monocytes and γ-interferon induced neutrophils. CD64 plays an important role in clearance of immune complexes and in antibody dependent cytoxicity.
