anti-CD66b (human), mAb (ANC1D5) (R-PE)

Figure 1: Binding of anti-CD66b, mab (human) (ANC1D5) (R-PE) to human PMN: Five x 10^5 Polymorphoprep prepared human granulocytes (PMN) per tube were pelleted and pre-incubated 5min with 20µl of human IgG at 300µg/ml (to reduce non-specific binding) after which they were washed and incubated 45min on ice with 80 µl of anti-CD66b, mab (human) (ANC1D5) (R-PE) (ANC-217-050) at a 1:50 dilution (10µg/ml). They were then washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.81 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1/PE negative control (ANC-278-050). Binding was blocked when cells were pre-incubated 10min with 20µl of 0.5mg/ml anti-CD66b, mab (human) (ANC1D5) (ANC-217-020).
