Figure 1: Binding of anti-CD105/APC to human Nalm-6 cells: Five x 10^5 cultured human Nalm-6 cells per tube were washed and incubated 45min on ice with 80µl of anti-CD105/APC at a dilution factor of 1:50 (10µg/ml). Cells were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.55 log10
fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1/APC negative control (Prod. No. ANC-278-060). Binding was blocked when cells were pre incubated 10min with 20µl of 0.5mg/ml anti-CD105 antibody (Prod. No. 326-020).

Description
Human CD105 (endoglin) is a homodimeric membrane glycoprotein virtually restricted to endothelial cells and present on some leukemia cells and minor subsets of bone marrow cells. CD105 binds to TGF-β1 and β3 with high affinity.
