Description
A polyhistidine-tag is an amino acid motif in proteins that typically consists of at least six histidine (His) residues, often at the N- or C-terminus of the protein. Polyhistidine-tags are often used for affinity purification of genetically modified proteins. The clone ANC3G4-9 binds to 6X (or greater) polyHistidine c-terminal tags on recombinant proteins. It is useful for capture and detection of His-tagged recombinant proteins.
