Description
Fluorescein dilaurate is a fluorogenic substrate for esterases/lipases and used in the pancreolauryl test for chronic pancreatitis. Spectral data: λex 490 nm; λem 514 nm in 0.1 M Tris pH 8.0 (esterase).
