Description
Fluorogenic reagent for aldehydes and ketones. Used in fluorometric detection of aliphatic aldehydes and for HPLC labeling. λex 445nm, λem522 nm in chloroform (after derivatization with formaldehyde). fluorescent reagent for protein labeling and pre-column derivatization for chromatographic procedures such as HPLC.
