Description
Naphthofluorescein-diacetate is a non-fluoresent compound that is hydrolyzed by esterases to the fluorescent compound Naphthofluorescein. Spectral data: λex 594 nm; λem 663 nm in 0.1 M Tris pH 9.0 (esterase). The fluorescent naphthofluorescein has been shown to be an inhibitor of furin.
