Handling Advice |
After reconstitution, prepare aliquots and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge lyophilized vial before opening and reconstitution. For maximum product recovery after thawing, centrifuge the vial before opening the cap. PBS containing at least 0.1% BSA should be used for further dilutions. |

Description
CTRP3 (C1qTNF-related protein 3) plays an important role in regulating both embryonic cartilage development and postnatal longitudinal bone growth. CTRP3 stimulation leads to ERK1/2-dependent cell proliferation in human osteosarcoma cell lines.
