Use: Dilute to 1X final when adding to sample. For reducing conditions, add 5% (v/v) β-mercaptoethanol or 10-20 mM DTT, final, to 1X loading buffer and sample. Heat sample/loading buffer to desired temperature for 5 minutes prior to loading on SDS-PAGE gel. Do not store buffer with reducing agent; add fresh reducing agent immediately prior to each use. |
