Description
Masitinib is a potent, orally available protein tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeting c-Kit, PDGFR and FGFR3. It demonstrates activity for Kit and PDGFRα/β with IC(50) values of 200nM, 540nM and 800nM respectively. It shows weak inhibition of ABL and c-Fms.
