Figure 1: Mouse neutrophils are depleted in vivo by anti-Neutrophils (mouse), mAb (blocking) (Nimp-R14) (preservative free) (AG-20B-0043PF).
Method: Mice were injected) i.p. with 250µg of anti-Neutrophils (mouse), mAb (blocking) (Nimp-R14) (preservative free) (B) or with Control mAb (A) in BALB/c mouse 6 h prior to Leishmania major infection (3x106 parasites injected in the hind footpad). 3 days later, blood (100µl) was subjected to flow cytometric analysis after staining with APC/CY7-labeled anti-Ly6G antibody (clone 1A8).

Description
Neutrophils are key components of the inflammatory response and as such contribute to the killing of microorganisms. In addition, recent evidence suggests their involvement in the development of the immune response. The Nimp-R14 mAb allows the depletion of mouse neutrophils and monocytes in vivo.
