Description
- Antibiotic. Mycotoxin. Showed no antimicrobial, antifungal or cytotoxic activity in initial tests, therefore the acitivty profile of this compound is not known so far.
- Natural products that contain aliphatic nitro groups are extremely rare. In addition citrinalin A possesses three nitrogen atoms in chemically distinct environments which is rather unusual and therefore an attractive target for synthesis.
- Pseudo-enantiomer of Cyclopiamine A.
