Description
SCH-202676 is an ATPase activity inhibitor of DDX1 and DDX41 with IC50 of 0.86 µM (DDX1) and 1.78 µM (DDX41). In addition, SCH-202676 is a reversible inhibitor of both agonist and antagonist binding to G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs). Modification of GPCRs is accomplished via sulfhydryl modification.
