Staining dye for ssDNA, dsDNA, RNA, oligonucleotides and triplex DNA. It does not cross intact cell membranes and can be used to test cell viability. Reagent for the fluorimetric detection of nucleic acids. Spectral data: λex=528nm, λem=617nm.
