Description
GDC-0941 is a potent class I PI3 kinase (PI3K) inhibitor. It selectively binds to PI3K isoforms in an ATP-competitive manner. It has an IC(50) of 3nM, and shows slight selectivity toward p110β (11-fold) and p110γ (25-fold).
