Description
GDC-0980 (RG7422) is a selective, dual PI3 Kinase and mTOR Kinase inhibitor with IC(50) values of 5, 27, 7, and 14nM for PI3Kα-δ respectively. It inhibits mTOR with a Ki of 17nM.
