Figure 4: SPR analysis of the interaction between anti-Jagged-1 (human), mAb (J1G53-3) derivative hJagged1-Fc fusion protein. SPR response was taken when 13, 6.5, 3.25, 1.625, and 0.8125nM of J1G53-3 were injected onto the hJagged1-Fc fusion protein. J1G53-3 exhibited the highest binding affinity, and its property and binding ability was studied in detail by spectroscopy and surface Plasmon resonance (SPR). The result acquired through SPR was as follows: Kd value was1.08nM and value of chi-square was 0.0237 through SPR analysis.

Description
Jagged-1 is a ligand for multiple Notch receptors and involved in the mediation of Notch signaling. It is involved in cell-fate decisions during hematopoiesis. Is involved in early and late stages of mammalian cardiovascular development. Inhibits myoblast differentiation. Enhances fibroblast growth factor-induced angiogenesis (in vitro). Defects in Jagged-1 are the cause of Alagille syndrome type 1 (ALGS1) and tetralogy of Fallot (TOF).
