Figure 1: 5x10^5 cultured Jurkat cells were washed and pre-incubated 45 min on ice with 80µl of anti-TCR Cβ1 at 5µg/ml. Cells were washed twice and incubated with 2nd reagent as described above, after which they were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.03 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG2a negative control (ANC-281-010) at similar concentration.

Description
Human T cell receptor (TCR) is a T cell surface expressed heterodimer of α/β or γ/δ chains. TCR’s recognize antigen peptides bound to MHC molecules forming the basis of antigen specific response by T cells. This specific TRBC1 antibody has been described to be useful in a simplified immunophenotypic assessment of T cell clonality.
