anti-CD252 [OX40L] (human), mAb (ANC10G1) (APC)

Figure 1: Binding of anti-CD252/APC to HUVEC. Cultured human umbilical cord vein endothelial cells were harvested by trypsinization, after which 5 x 10^5 cells per tube were washed and incubated 45min on ice with 80µl of anti-CD252/APC at a 1:50 dilution (20µg/ml). Cells were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Cell stained positive with a mean shift of 1.2 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1/APC negative control (Prod. No. 278-060). Binding was blocked when cells were pre incubated 10min with 20µl of 0.5mg/ml anti-CD252 antibody (Prod. No. 400-020).
