Description
Potent competitive γ-aminobutyric acid type A (GABAA) receptor antagonist and glycine receptor agonist. Described to be a muscle relaxant. Anti-inflammatory agent with analgesic properties. Shown to be an anticancer compound through inhibition of NF-κB and NF-κB-regulated gene products. Therapeutic option for the management of bone metastatic disease.
