XL019 is a potent JAK2 inhibitor (IC(50) of 2nM) with excellent selectivity versus the other members of the JAK kinase family (JAK1, IC(50) of 130nM; JAK3, IC(50) of 250nM; TYK2, IC(50) of 340nM).
