This storage and dilution buffer can be used with the following products: This buffer is useful for prediluting above products before preparing aliquots or performing experiments. Predilution with KillerTRAIL™ Dilution & Storage Buffer allows for easier handling of small working concentrations (sometimes only 0.1μl of the KillerTRAIL™ or SuperKillerTRAIL™ stock solution is necessary because of their high activity). Predilution with KillerTRAIL™ Dilution & Storage Buffer instead of medium or PBS prevents loss of biological activity. Can also be used as negative control. |
